DigiCollect Corporation (“DigiCollect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Change Network website, mobile applications, and related online services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal data when you use the Service, and describes the choices and rights available to you.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used herein have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from our applications.

Definitions

• Service. Change Network website, mobile applications, and related online services (collectively the “Service”).
• Personal Data. Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

Depending on how you use the Service, Rating Information may be displayed within the Service, associated with user activity or profiles, used to support Service functionality, trust and safety processes, moderation, analytics, and product improvement, and retained or removed in accordance with this Policy and our applicable product settings and processes.

We may use your Personal Data to send you service-related communications and, where permitted by applicable law, newsletters, marketing, or promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-related communications that are necessary for your use of the Service.

California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Compliance

You have a right to know the data we collect, and as a business that operates solely online, we have provided the email contact below where you may request that we disclose to you what personal information we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you, and why we collected, used, shared, or sold that information. You have a right to ask us to delete this information regarding you if we can verify that the request pertains to information regarding the requestor; this right has exceptions found in California Civil Code sections 1798.105(d) and 1798.145.

Subject to applicable law, residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of their personal data, and to opt out of certain processing activities such as targeted advertising, certain profiling, or certain ‘sales’ or ‘sharing’ of personal data as defined by law. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), DigiCollect’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

We may process your Personal Data and depending on the context, we generally rely on:

• contract where processing is necessary to provide the Service you request, maintain your account, and deliver core functionality;
• legitimate interests where processing is necessary to secure, analyze, improve, and administer the Service, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms;
• consent where required by law, including for certain cookies, analytics, or marketing activities; and
• legal obligation where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Retention of Data

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not yet a consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, our Service may not respond to Do Not Track signals in all contexts. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Severability, Conflict of Terms

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable data protection or consumer privacy law.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

If you are under 18, you may not use the Service or provide personal data to us through the Service.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will remove that Personal Data. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
